OUR WORSHIP: COME AS YOU ARE

We are a community of people who are in progress. We have imperfect messy lives, but we are pursuing and experiencing a transforming relationship with Jesus and with each other. Everybody is welcome here whatever your story, your questions, doubts or struggles. We’re all about living life together in community, being intentional about our growth as people and serving one another and our broader community along the way.


We want to invite you to our Sunday Worship & Bible Studies to experience our community of Jesus-followers who welcome you into the family of Christ.

  • ADULT BIBLE STUDY

    SUNDAYS @ 9:30am

    Join us Sunday mornings at 9:30am for our adult bible study!

  • SUNDAY SERVICEs

    8:00am - Traditional

    9:30am - IMPACT

    Come worship with us on Sundays at 8am for a Traditional service with communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.  Or join us at 9:30 am for our IMPACT service where we celebrate the Lord's Supper each weekend with the belief that this sacred meal is a gift of Christ to his church.

  • Children's Church & Nursery During 9:30am Service

    Children’s Church takes place during the 9:30am service in the downstairs red classroom. You can check your kids in 10min prior to service starting and pick them when service is done.  There will be songs and a mini-lesson with some sort of fun activity for our (potty trained) PreK-4th grade students.

What to expect

Parking

Parking is to the east of the building, just past the church. We have ramps and plenty of handicapped parking. If you need to drop someone off, feel free and then find the perfect spot!

What to wear

We do mean it when we say don't worry about what to wear. While some people dress up, others choose to dress informal or casual. Come the way you feel comfortable. We are just glad you are here.

where to go

Upon entering the main doors, you will be greeted by one of our volunteer ushers. They will hand you our worship folder.  Then they will direct you into the sanctuary to find a seat.

Though each Christian has a personal relationship with God, that relationship is not individual or private. The Christian faith is not intended to be lived in isolation. We were made for community; relationship with God and with each other..connections. The local church is not merely a place that we attend but a people to whom we belong. The Bible calls us members of the body (1 Corinthians 12:12-31) with the expectation that we contribute to the body for the glory of God and the good of His people.


Reconciliation with others means living in a Gospel-centered community together; a radical call amid a culture of mere attendance and casual involvement. It involves mutual love, care, consistency and authenticity as we seek to adorn the person and work of Christ with our lives.

Jesus is central to everything we do. We sing, pray, and preach in His powerful Name. Our past, present, and future are centered on Jesus Christ. Our purpose on this earth is to do as Jesus commanded, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28: 19-20 . We at Summit of Peace are committed that our church is dedicated to loving this all-powerful, all-loving triune God with everything we have, and we invite you to join us in this desire.
