Dustin Knock

Dustin Knock is an active percussionist and educator in Colorado. He is currently serving as a Percussion Instructor for Thornton High School and is a frequent clinician around the state. 


Mr. Knock has performed multiple recitals and clinics in Colorado. In addition, he has performed with the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra, Candlelight Dinner Theater, Longmont Choral, and many others. Dustin has also given percussion clinics for Thornton Percussion Day and Platte Valley High School.


Dustin currently works as the Production Manager for Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition, he runs a private lessons studio from two different locations, based in Greeley and Thornton, Colorado. This gives him the ability to take on students from all over Northern Colorado. Mr. Knock has also had the privilege of working with a wide array of organizations and artists such as: Vail Jazz, Bravo Vail, Lewis Nash, and Jeff Hamilton. 


As a Graduate student at the University of Northern Colorado, he currently studies percussion with Dr. Mike Truesdell. Prior principal teachers include Gray Barrier and Jim White. Mr. Knock currently lives in Greeley Colorado with his wife and two cats.
